In the state of PA can a mother give up her rights?
My son has lived with his paternal grandmother since he was approx. 3 months old placed by CYS. He is now 12yrs. Old she has taken me for child support and dropped it many times over the years. If I choose to give up my parental rights can I do that? If I can how would I go about it and what does it involve? Does she have to agree to it?

Are you asking if you can surrender your child to Child Protective Services (or whatever it's called in your State)?

Is the grandmother willing to adopt the child?

    Where is the father?
