Hi all! My partner and I don't have sex regularly but when we do there are normally no problems. But this week we had quite rough, deep penetrative sex for the first time and I have been bleeding quite heavily for 3 days now. Do you think it's just due to the deep penetration or should I be worried..?

What color is the blood? Has it slowed or stayed relatively the same?

And rough sex ( sort of depends on how rough) can cause some issues. Remember if in doubt, it never hurts to have your doctor check out issues like this

Hi thanks for reply. It's not time for my period. The blood has been bright red with a few clots. It has been heavy but seems to have slowed a lot today,there has been no cramps or anything just bleeding.
