I want a tattoo on my sternum covered up
I was dumb enough to get a tattoo on my sternum when I was 16 it resembles antlers now it looked like a nice design then. It's like 3 inches by 3 inches right in the centre below my chest. Almost looks like it's holding my chest up. Either way I hate it and would love to cover it up. Any suggestions?

Laser surgery is the only way to be rid of a tattoo.

I was thinking more of getting a new tattoo, I just can't think of something that size that would look nice.

I would look at some tattoo sketchbooks. Most shops have a bunch for you to look at. You can get samples online too. Check out some different designs and see what stands out to you, then ask a few artists if it will work.

You'll have to talk to an artist at some point. And being in person will help them to have a better understanding of what they're workin' with.

Laser surgery is NOT the only way to get rid of a tattoo.

    1. dermabrasion tattooing. Cheaper, easier and faster, basically it is a weakened version of facial peel that is tattooed into the skin and causes layers of ink to peel out. Will leave a very light remnant after a few sessions depending on the darkness of the ink itself.

    2. white work tattooing. Exactly like it sounds. Like priming a wall for color. Black outline is done, white work is applied over everything that will be filled with color, in several sessions. Once that's healed, colored sessions go right over the black ink. The more colorful the better.

    3. sterile water tattooing. Will take color out like No. 1, but will take a little longer to lighten darker colors.
