I really hate her cz she has become a diva and a princesse she is like <hey guys moove OK cz your queen is here get out of the way :eek::eek: no really I so hate her

Then if you have such deep seeded feeling why not stop hanging with her and if she asks why explain it to her. See where it goes from there.

You can't change someone, but do have the option to stop being around them if you don't like their behavior.

It's not hard. Just tell her you want to move on because you no longer enjoy her friendship.
