My husband formed 2 foreign corporations in 2009. One, he is 100% owner/shareholder, the other 50%. In schedule O, Part 1 asks for the date of the "original 10% acquisition". Do I list his initial capital investment as "acquisition of stock" as in when he first owned the stock? Later in part C titled "Acquisition of Stock", they ask for the "method of acquisition" and "name and address of person from whom shares were acquired". Do I skip these parts and just fill in section E regarding organization of foreign corporation since it wasn't an acquisition in that sense of the word?
