    Ovulation after the pill
I have been tracking my basal temp. for the past month and have noticed that my temp. is all over the place. I read that that could mean I am not ovulating. I stopped taking the pill about 2 months ago. Is it possible I am not ovulating because of the ranges in temps. And if so, is there a way to bring on ovulation?

Period has always been regular. 27 - 28 day cycles.

Can you share what your temps have been? It can take a few months to notice any sort of pattern.

Generally you would be back on track at this point after coming off the pill, but it may just be taking a bit longer. If you have been having periods, it is assumed that you are also ovulating. So the temps don't necessarily mean that you aren't ovulating, only that it has been difficult to track when it most likely is occurring.

Any means to bring on ovulation are best left for only if it has been determined that you actually aren't.
