Tsram, I think you are right, Last I spoke with him before he passed, he showed me a Satellite Infrared Image of the Lower Keys, and there was this little dark spot, he pointed to it and said "Thats Treasure", hopefully his son and TSI, had looked into it.
I still have one of his cards, on the back he handwritten what he always said "Todays the Day"
He was Persistent, and successful.
