Confused if he is the father
My cousin engaged a one night stand with his friend last September 12,2009 and the girl got pregnant and accused that he was the father but the girl known to have two boyfriends. Now, the girl delivered the baby last may 1,2010. When my cousin calculate it he was a bit confused because he thinks he is not the real father of the child since the baby was delivered normally and not a premature said the ob/gyn so it means last sept 2009 she was almost 1 month pregnant, is it possible he was not the real father. And one more thing the blood type of the child is type A since the mother is type O and my cousin is type B, is it possible that the parents with type O and B can bear a type A child?

He needs to get a dna test done to answer the question and make it final.

If it were his, baby would have had to have been born prematurely. Is he paying child support or is she suggesting that he does?

As califdadof3 said, certainly he should have a DNA test so he has it in writing.

At the first he is giving a support to the child but they have an agreement (the mother and my cousin) that after two years he will stop. He is really confused. But when he ask the mother if the child was born prematurely the mother said NO

The child was born normally and healthy if I'm not mistaken bet 38-40 weeks before she delivered the child. A bit confusing also to the blood type the child was "A" and my cousin is "B" and the mother is "O", its not possible right?

That's what this seems to suggest, but I don't know if I'm reading it right. You are asking a medical question, not a legal one.

Why did he agree to paying support if he has a question? Did he sign the birth certificate or an acknowledgment of paternity?

Basically he should stop paying support, let the mother take him to court for support and the court will then order a paternity test.
