My wife married me in Mexico using a false birth certificate in the year 1974, we legally immigrated to the USA in the year 1981. Then using her real birth certificate she married in Mexico an immigrated to the USA again. She lives in Santa Cruz County, Arizona with her new husband and using her real ID but works and do her regular life using her false ID. A Mexican Court on September 20 invalidated the divorce she obtained in March, 10, 1986. Where I report this fraud against the federal government and me?

Arizona seems to be concerned lately with matters of illegal immigration so I would start with their state website.
I would be careful about one little fact: you can't prove that you were duped and not complicit in the invalid arrangement that may have some bearing on your ability to be legal here. So if this is about revenge, think about each step you take. I'm curious about Mexico invalidating a divorce but not the invalid marriage? What's with that? It seems to me that she isn't really your wife?

Thanks, I was very dumb when I contracted the marriage with this lady, I discovered about the false birth certificate many years after the divorce. She married me for the money and just recently I obtained the invalidation of the divorce, with this I have the chance in getting back some of the marital property that by now this half is a lot more than my share back 25 years but is all mine. Now I am in the process of annulling her birth certificate and get the other half. This lady is very smart and she managed to multiply 100 fold my investment. Is no revenge, is justice, The USA authorities seems not concerned about false birth certificates. If my experience can help any other person with this, I am willing to help.
