She's sad,won't play around and were giving her medicine and she throws it up.

What medicine are you giving her? I hope it's not "people" medicine or something over the counter when you don't know what is wrong with her.

She needs to see a Vet. She might have worms. It might be something else.

If you were sad and threw up a worm would you see a Doctor? If so, take your dog to the Vet.

If she threw up a worm she has worms, like Judy said puppies are at a higher risk for becoming dehydrated. Your dog needs to go back to the vet and get her de-wormed. There are many parasites your dog could have, and all of them can be deadly if left untreated.

You took on the responsibility of this living being, and the only option when an animal or human (living being) is sick, is to go to the doctor. In this case a vet.

If you threw up a worm would you go on the internet for answers? No way! You'd go to a doctor.
