My finace' name is on his son birth certificate but now the baby momma says its not he's & want let him see him. What rights do he have??

Were they married, are they divorced? He can get a copy of the birth certificate. Where do they live so I can help direct you?

They never been married & he has a copy of the birth certificte with his name on it. We live in Louisiana.

This is a civil matter so he can't expect the police to assist him. Consulting with an attorney who specializes in family law would be helpful. He may need to force the issue by going to family court seeking a court order for visitation.
