Sadly I have to wear a neckgear but I have to sleep in it but I sleep on my face so its not to good so I started wearing it on my days off school but I can't move my head the slitest bit and plus I need to do homework then... Can't wear it at school it'll be the same problem and I am embarissed too... any suggestions of when I can wear it...

You wear it as prescribed which I am assuming is overnight, probably 8 hours. It's not the same when you're wearing it for shorter periods and/or wandering around wearing it.

If it is going to correct whatever problem you have you need to wear it as prescribed.
