I keep getting a full face of spots , I am sick to death of having them all the time I'm 23 not bloomin 15 , they take ages to clear up even when they do finally go there soon back again- I've tried a few products but they seem to make them worse, would be nice to go a full week without having a face lookinglike a pizza any suggestions. Please

There are a few options.

First thing I would do is book in to your doctor and get your hormone levels checked. Hormones can do whacky things to your body, including cause acne.

You might want to discuss going on the pill with your doctor too as with some people it helps reduce acne.

Have you tried ProActive? I had very not-so-nice- skin - sensitive, dry in some spots, oily in other spots, you name it - I had prescription medicine from the dermotologist, tried Cetaphil, neutragena, phisoderm, Mary Kay for sensitive skin -pretty much everything to no avail. I was scared, like you, to try anything else, because it just seemed to do nothing, or make my skin worse. One of my sisters tried ProActive - and loved it. My husband had been telling me for years to try it, but it took my Sis telling me that it worked for her for me to order it. Finally, at 30 yrs old, I have nice skin. I wish I would have tried it years ago. I have tweaked the directions to make it work for me, I only use the cleanser and the toner, there is a repairing lotion that dried my face out too much - I know this sounds like a paid advertisement, but its true!
