    Are you asking;

    How do I set a competitive price that customers will pay?

    Or

    How do I set a price that customers will accept?

    When I started my business I called other businesses in thed same industry and pretended to be a client. My experience is that if you set it too low people don't think they are quality services or product and if you go too high you disqualify yourself completely. Try to find the midground and work from there. I like to charge a price that is in the middle but towards the lower end. If a session at office A is $40 and a session at office B is $100, then I would charge $60. Does that help?

    I wish I had a magic pill that would give you that answer Dhuber but I don't.

    This is where experience comes to play. As with most companies it is hit or miss quite often when they are new. I would bid on these jobs and keep good pricing records to fall back upon for future proposals.

    If you were to give me a specific job and ALL the pertinent information; total specs, cleanable sq ft, how many days per week, location (city/state), types of floor coverings, etc, maybe I could offer some info.
