My most fertile days were 0ct 6th through the 11th and I had sex on the 8th 9th and 10th and all those days he nutted in me about to a day and now I am having aching feelings in my abdomen could I be pregnant? And it only really comes when I am sitting down

Are you trying to get pregnant?

Really, you can get pregnant at any time during your cycle. However, during ovulation is the best to do so.

I would wait until you have a missed period, then take a HPT using your morning urine.

It's really hard for us to tell if you are/aren't. We don't know that.

Take a test.

It's October 13. There's no way that you would be feeling any pregnancy symptoms this early.

Could you be pregnant? Yes. Any time you have sex pregnancy is a possibility, even if you're using protection.

Follow Enigma's advice, wait until your period is due. If it's late take a pregnancy test.

I agree with Enigma and Alty... IF you had indeed become pregnant, the egg would still be moving towards implantation.

The aching may just be from having frequent sex recently.
