Who thinks I have no right to ask him to leave. He thinks he has a right to use anything of mine in the house. Also the room he is renting is smelling up the whole house. What do I have to do to get him out? Please help never have to deal with this before. Thanks"

what written rental or lease agreement did you arrange ?

Assuming it is on a month to month rental, you give them notice to move in a month ( unless he is in violation of one of the terms of the rental) If he does not move you take them to court for eviction. ** of course lock up anything of value during that time.

Also not sure what he is using, bathroom, kitchen, backyard, watch TV in common area. ( those are sort of normal)

No written lease or rental agreement. He called one day needed a place to stay I told him for $250 he could rent a room from me. Yes all that is normal but he also eats here and does not help replace anything. He has a dog an at the time he moves in I told him that I have a fenced in place for the dog to go and that I did not want him dog messing in the driveway or yard. Well he lets his dog go anywhere it wants and I have a very small yard and when I am working in it I would like not to step in a dog mess. I have and so has my other roomer stepped in the dog mess. I have told him about it many times and he still lets his dog go where ever he wants. The room he is in smell and the smell is going into the other persons room. He has only been here going on 2 months and he has not paid the full rent yet. He paid $200 on the first of sept. and in Oct. he paid $66 one week then $120 the next week so he is still behind on the rent. Thanks for helping.
