I am a british citizen currently living in El Salvador.My wife is salvadorean and we have 2 sons. I wish to return to the U.K. and take my eldest son with me (he is 11 years old) my wife has given me permission to take him. What paperwork and visas and things will I need. He does not have a british passport and there is no British Embassy in El Salvador. Obviously he is entitled to a salvadorean passport, but I do not know the situation as regards a british passport. I do not know how long we will be in the U.K.
