What strategies might you use to communicate the use of data effectively in written business reports?

Graphics are nice (comparison graphs /charts, etc.). It would depend upon the type of data, the recipient(s), and your own abilities and resources. Define your goals, and ask, does this meet my requirements? Is it clear? Is it concise?

Most companies use CRMs or excel sheets & add cosmetic value to it with graphics.
