She moved out of the state and I filed for paternity at the courts. No one knows where she is. They sent my case to the PARENT LOCATOR SERVICE and still nothing. What do I do? Will they ever find her. I'm not sure if the parent locator service is usually for non custodial parents who are not paying child support and can't be found.

If she can't be found then move forward with it in court. You might be able to file contempt and kidnapping charges on her if she cntinues to hide the child from you.
