My daughter is 18yrs and she just had a baby-girl about an month ago now the father don't pay child support what can I do about it...

What does the child support order that was entered in this case have to say about how long does dad have to pay? If it ends when she is 18, then he's done paying.

I could be wrong, but I think OP was asking about getting child support from the father of OP's baby grand-daughter.

If so, the answer is to contact the local child support enforcement agency.
