This is my first probation revocation. My probation officer told me in June 2010 that she was going to lock me up but 4 months later still no warrant. How long does it take to get a warrant out for my arrest I want to turn myselff in but I can not until they have a warrant?

Could be that the jail is full and your PO is waiting for a spot for you. Do you sill show up for you scheduled check ins with your PO? If so, ask your PO what's going on so you can plan your life either in jail or not in jail. After 4 months I'm sure the PO just hasn't forgotten about this either.
