Last week I started having lower back pain and cramping, I thought that is was because my period was coming but my period never came and I am to days late and has had a headache for the last thre days. I have discharge but it is not blood, I am worried because I have never missed a cycle nor have it ever been late. Can you please tell me what's going on?

Might just be your cycle is off a bit and your period is getting ready to start. Give it another week and see what happens. If still no period, and there is a chance of pregnancy, try a test. If pregnancy is not a possibility, and birth control does not necessarily rule it out, see what happens next month. Some women will, on occasion, skip a month. If the backache and cramping continue, but still no period, you can see your doctor so that they might be able to determine another possible cause.
