    What's going on
Im 23 yrs old. I have been on the pill for 2 years now and have always had very regular periods. Dec. 22 I noticed light red spotting and thought that was weird. Then read that it could have been implantation bleeding. Took pregnant. Tests but all were negative. My period was supposed to start on Dec. 26, and still nothing. Im sleeping a lot more (always tired), lower abdominal pains, and feel bloated a lot. Is it too early for a positive result to show in a urine test, how long should I wait before taking another test, or should I just go to the doctor? HELP! :(

You can take another hpt, just make sure to take it first thing in the morning with first morning urine.

Understand too that many hpts give false negatives, so it may be necessary to go to the doctor for a blood test.

I am not positive, but I have heard of other female friends being low in iron, and missing periods on top of being tired all the time...

I just looked it up; Anemia, here is a link to learn more Iron deficiency anemia - MayoClinic.com

This is just my guess... there are other medical specialist here on AMHD that may be able to assist you better.

As everyone here will advise, if you have serious concerns consult your physician.

As for the pregnancy test it depends on how sexually active you are. To my knowledge urine tests can take up to 2-3 weeks to be accurate. The symptoms you are having are not necessarily signs of pregnancy.
