Why do you think it does? When someone is in poverty, what is he missing and what does want to have?

I don't know why people do such as many crimes do to... maybe there are poor or rich to do that crime?

Think about it. What do people want to accomplish when they commit a criminal act?

There are more rich people that are criminals due to the fact they are too greedy. Poor people are generally too busy trying to make money to buy food or a roof over their heads to resort to crime. Criminals don't have to be "poor". Criminals are just people who have decided to take or do things that are wrong and only once they are "technically caught" are they considered criminals.
