He had 9 counts of sexually abusive material on his computer .I had to leave my home for the safety of my daughter.he now says it wasn't him,it was a mistake,even though he pled guilty.he says I keep her from him .does he have rights to her ?I wanted supervised visitation,and he still hasn't done anything

What did the Court say? There are various levels of sex offenders with various restraints.

Go to Court and let the Court decide.

So you go back to family court and ask for supervised visits only. It will be up to the court to decide if they feel he is a threat to his child or not.
