Can a judgement for default of commercial lease be enforced by garnishing my bank acc
I was sued in small claims and lost. It was regarding a commercial lease. Can the plaintiff take money from my bank account.

    Yes.

The nature of the small claims case is immaterial. If plaintiff has a judgment against you personally, he/she/it can garnish your bank account.

How was the lease signed? Did you sign the lease individually? Or did you sign it as the representative of a corporation or limited liability company? If you signed it individually then the money can be taken from your personal bank account. If you signed it as the representative of a company then the money can only be taken from the company's bank account.
