When I was a little girl between the ages of 8 and 12 my mom was married to man that sexually abused me. I kept it a secret from everyone until about a year ago when a simalier issus came about with a relative. I am now 20 years old and haven't seen the man since my mom divorced him but now as a mother and being open and talking about my past. I feel like that man should be behind bars and should be registered as a sex offender to worn everyone. What kind a man he is however it has been years since my incident with him.. Is it too late to report him?
