    Homeoptahy in treating Dysthymia
    Hello
As I was suffering almost all my life from this disorder , highlighted by severe depressive attacks,I was diagnosed by my Psychiatist withDysthymic Disorder. I was treated during evry attack by using antidepressants. Now I almosthave decided to dtop anti depressants and go for homeopthy .
Is there any hope for getting cured from this chronic desease( hope asin a record of treated cases?) And could homeopathy do this healing process?

The Mayo Clinic has a website that does a good job of explaining Dysthymia as well as providing insight into various treatments, including alternative therapies.

Dysthymia (dysthymic disorder): Alternative medicine - MayoClinic.com

Wish I could be of more help in regard to homeopathic treatment but there is little comparative research available and I have no personal experience in that field.

Perhaps another member may have some personal experience with homeopathic or other naturalistic approaches.
