OK this movie was like about a bunch of fairies kind of resembling rainbow brite's face and big hair. They all like had their own type of power and color... and this bad guy had a daughter with purple hair and he captured most of the fairies but one was the one to save the day... at the end of the movie I remember the daughter crying because she couldn't get what she wanted and her earrings came to life or something & grew into something to bound the castle. In one part the fairy made her self invisible so a guard wouldn't see her she looked like an outline I don't know lol trying to remember thename
