You can't pressure her into anything, you just need to let her know she can trust you and that you can trust her. Well you can help her by telling her what a great guy you are and you would treat her so much better than her ex, and would buy her flowers, and take her to dinner, and show her that you're a fine upstanding young 18 year old man. But before you do any of that, make sure she is over her ex because I don't think she is.
