As excon said, first stop the recruiter who will have to see if you could get a waiver for it

It was five years ago, i was 15yrs and the cahrge was possession with intent to sell.

Depending on how desperate they are for warm bodies you'll probably get a dispensation from the Pope and get inducted. Go see your local recruiter to get the wheels turning. They do need more cannon fodder all the time.
