    No slope toward floor drain.
The crew that did my concrete also forgot to slope the floor toward the drain, then they cut lines in the floor and sawed right through the drain opening. Any suggestions.

I hope you are not talking about the finished floor. It is normal to not put slope on the floor of the entire house and then the tile man makes the floor slope in the shower as he installs the tile. I do not know why they did the saw marks in the floor, if you find out why please post it on here.

The saw marks are control joints cut in so when the floor cures and shrinkage cracks (which are always there) the intent is the crack appears in the saw joint so it is more aesthetically appealing.

The control joints went through the floor drain for the bulding, and they did not slope the concrete toward the drain. Making it useless. They took $500 of the price. Didn't know if I could use anything to sand the area down around the drain to get enough fall to make the drain a little useful.
