My account was levied and I was never contaced for it by anyone. I don't know how they got a judgement with out me being at court because I never got any calls or notices from anyone. How do I resolve this matter? Who do I contact to lift this levey?

To garnish your back account they had to first get a judgement, So you need to find out who it was and go to the court. Then you will need to find out how they claim they did service on you. If they did not do proper service you can make a motion to over turn the judgement for improper service.

That is not to say that service was improper, if for example you keep moving and they could not find you and service was done though publication, or if you moved and they did not have your current address they may have served you at the only known address on file.
