Can a man marry another woman after marrige
I am married for 11years. We have 2 kids. My husband married another woman an year ago. From the time he met her, he and my in-laws started making false statements against me that I have affairs with men, with our relatives, friends and everyone. Now everyone came to know that he's making false statements against me, in spite he has relationship with another woman. Moreover, my in-laws also know about the marriage. Now I went to my mom's house with kids. I want to know what action can I take against him. Is it legal that he can marry someone, thou we are not separated? What benefits will me and my children get?

We need to know WHERE you live. ITs NOT legal in most countries... the second marriage would not be considered legally valid, and in fact in the USA he would be guilty of Bigomy.

Sue for divorce, including child support and possibly alimony.

As Smoothy said, no. Separation or not, that "marriage" is void.

    Oh. That changes everything.

I don't know if what I told you is valid in India. I was assuming you were in the U.S.
