I got my last period on 9/18/2010 and I started back to bleeding on 10/02/2010 at first it was an pinkish color the next day it was dark and heavy this is the first time that ever happened before and it lasted a week with harsh pain in my stomach I had backach headach hip pains and side pains on my right chest pains also nose bleeds and I be feeling sick but can't throwup the pain was so bad that I couldn't walk nor breath I don't know what's going on but I will love to know what could it be an irregular period or implantation bleeding if not that then I don't know sometimes I get the feeling that I may be pregnant but I don't want to think that because I've been trying for three years straight and nothing happened or is it my lucky time of the month

It is not likely that it was implantation bleeding... which if you were to notice it, and many women do not, it would usually be spotting for just a day or two. You would not be experiencing the other strong symptoms.

It may, however, have been a very early miscarriage. Many women never even know they have them or pass them off as an odd period.

It could be an off cycle or it could be part of early pregnancy. See what happens when your regular period would be due this month. If it doesn't show, or is unusual in anyway, try a pregnancy test.
