    If there is a visitation order
    In place and the father harmed the child during visit and dyfs was investigating can I terminate visit until investigation is complete without the court approval?

    No, However DYFS may be able to. Or you file for an emergency hearing to modify the visitation order. You cannot modify or defy a court order.

    Yes I would ask Children and family services to terminate it.

    You can not legally defy a order
