Can my green card be revoked?
I'm a permanent resident I receive my green card this last December, but right now I'm going through divorce I was married for a little over 4 years and living together for 6 years.. My visa expires in 10 years, I just want to know if I'll lose it because I want a divorce? The reason for that is that he committed adultery and move in with his girlfriend.. Thank you

Some confusing terminology, but it sounds like you are a permanent resident. Divorce will not affect your LPR, you will not lose anything. You've done nothing wrong.

If you get divorced, you will need to wait for 5 years to file for citizenship.

Sorry to hear about the marital problems, but you don't have any immigration concerns. Good luck.

And to clarify, you are eligible for citizenship 5 years from the date your permanent residence was granted.
