I have pulled my vinyl from my pool, cement underneath, can I plaster and then paint?
I can't afford to have my pool fixed, I need to do it myself. Is it safe to plater it and then paint? Or what do I do with the cement, maybe seal it. I have no idea. Please help.

The cement needs to be cleaned, any debris and anything needs to be cleaned out. There are generally 3 steps to getting your pool ready. First it needs to be primed, then epoxied (water proof) and then within 48 hours it needs to have a coat of swimming pool paint
