I was going to work with this guy he say he didn't had a green card that's why he can get the car under his name and if I can help him get a car uder my name we get two one for me and one for him and he was going to finish paying them in 6 months and I did.. now he is no making the payments and I don't have money to do it... he deposit a check with no found and they took the little money I had. I ask him to give me back the car to return it and he don't want to. And now I find out he is looking for people in the internet to do the same think to them !

This is a legal question.

You can sue him in Small Claims Court. There is no other answer.

If you took part in an illegal transaction (which this very well might have been) then the Courts will NOT help you - the Court will NOT enforce an illegal agreement.

Because we were going to work together but he is doing this to many people now I know.. I though he was good person and need it help to get a car.. he just used me to do this

So what can I do just let the finance get the cars? Make a report to the police?
