    Depends on where you live (State or Country) and how the business is set up. This would be part of your property settlement agreement, probably negotiated by the two of you and/or your attorneys.

    There's no guaranteed answer. You may or may not be "entitled" to anything but whatever the percentage, it's not automatic.

    (I have asked that this be moved to the legal board.)

    Hello m:

    Your lawyer will make your husband provide an audited financial statement. That will tell you exactly, down to the penny, exactly how much your husbands interest in the business is worth.

    How MUCH of that you'll get, if any, depends on LOTS of things.
