I have a Kenmore Washer Series 70, Model # 110.26712693, S# CG3004768. When the washer goes to the spin cycle the motor is running but the tub will not spin until I open and shut the lid. I replaced the lid switch, which didn't help. I replaced the timer and it still doesn't spin until the lid is open and closed.Thinking my new timer might be defective I sent it back and got another one, Still doesn't work.
