I pay child support on time ever month but when I see my daughter, she looks like I don't send her anything. She's obviously spending my daughters money. Is there anything I can do?

Looks are not much to go on.
Do you have any real evidence ?

Honestly, I do not. And maybe I'm just trying to find something to start with. But, what does a father do when he puts himself on child support then later feels he is the more stable parent?

Sure. She is suppposed to use it, along with her income, to pay the household expenses. It all goes in one pot. If she has to pay rent, for example, that's OK. If she is squandering money, and your daughter is seriously lacking in basic necessities, you might have a valid case.

Yes,there is something you can do... if you talk to the courts and bring up what is going on an can prove it.. they can make her prove that she is supporting your child with it... I had to do it before... with my ex's.. ex's.. sorry but some people just don't do an care 4 what they should...
