Property management suck for {company name removed} & they are screwing me over. Is there a company or association or someone who can tell me if what they are trying to do is legl?

I am in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is supposed to be a gated community- however the gates are never closed because they are always broken & they don't want to pay their 10,000 deductible. There is an indoor pool that has god knows what growing in it because all they do is dump in DOUBLE the amount of chlorine in it to keep it clean, charge 30.00 for "replacement" gate key to open gates-if they happen to get closed, demand us to buy blinds & replace the ones we have if there is more than 1 slat missing or they will come do it for 30.00 per blind, half the electrical outlets don't work for whatever reason- maintenance says "gotta get a new plug we will order it" & they never do, I know it sounds like some pettythings but on top of all of this they continuously raise the rent every year, what can I do?

Landlord and/or HOA's are supposed to take care of the petty things as well as the major things... Which brings up my question... What is the LEGAL relationship between you? Are you a tenant in an apartment building, a tenant in a condominium, or a condo owner?

Whatever you are, you SHOULD have a WRITTEN agreement with them that provides for your remedy's. That would be the FIRST place I'd look. Read them, and then check back.

Yes, it's petty, and assuming you have a year's lease they have the right to raise the rent when the lease expires (absent some sort of rent control law). What can you do? Next time the lease expires, move (after giving notice).
