    I hold a 2 years green card, how about if I divorce and marry again%uFF1F
    I just got a two years green card, I want to divorce now. Can I get ten years green card if I marry again in this tow years after divorce?

    You can still keep your permanent residence if you get divorced, file the I-751 RC and prove up the good faith marriage.

    You will check on the form that you are requesting a waiver of the joint filing requirement. Include as much evidence as possible regarding the relationship prior to the marriage, and the cohabitation and co-mingling of funds during marriage. If it has been a very short period and you do not have a lot of documents, you will need affidavits from third parties that can attest to the bona fides of your marriage.
