My wife and I filed ch 7 went to court already but when finish in court judge never mention to take our truck away. It's a month now, would they take it away now?

How did you file the truck,
Did you re-affirm the debt on the truck, have you continued to make the truck payments ?

Also in court was it your first appearance, or what appearance

Normally the case is not at final discharge till about 6 months or so after your last appearance and you get a copy of the final discharge in the mail.

But yes, unless you agreed to continue payments, you will not keep the truck
