I'm sorry, but your post doesn't make any sense. There's no question and it's not even a complete sentence. Can you please clarify what it is you are trying to ask so that we can hopefully help you.

I see this is your first post. And I know it can be confusing to learn your way around this site. You can use the box that says "answer" to clarify your question.

Your son is three years old and has not yet spoke yet?

If you think there is anything wrong you need to get doctors involved, and speech therapists to work with you and you work with them to see if there are things that can be done to help your child progress you need to work with everybody.

Do you live in India? Are there any medical people near you?

Does anyone read books to your son, play with him, tell him stories, and get him involved with these activities?

I am assuming you mean that your 3 yr old son is not yet talking.

I will also assume english is not your primary language. Forgive me if I am wrong but the sentence structure is like french or spanish.

Try talking to him more.
Read to him.

If you give him something , like a cookie, show it to him then say cookie.

Get his hearing checked, he may not be hearing you well.

Try these things and see if they might help.

Just a leap here, but I presume that if that is your surname in your nic name, Patel, that is a very common Indian name, and I hope that you will come back and post, no matter how bad/good your English is!

If it makes you feel any better, I had my son tested when he was about your son's age. I was told that he was able to form the words, and make appropriate sounds, and that his hearing was okay, and there were no physical problems. He was just not talking, as others his age were.

There was a whole series of tests done, which was started with a visit to my family Doctor, who then referred me to appropriate child development sources.

Before you get too worried, try to rule out what you can, so you don't worry unnecessarily. I was given all kinds of tips and advice to encourage my little guy to talk. What I found though, was that it all seemed to happen naturally.

Once he decided he had to work a little harder than a grunt, or by pointing, to get what he wanted, he started to use his words.
