Can someone apply for F1 visa after getting married to a H1B (USA) person? My daughter will be getting married to a H1B guy around the time she is supposed to apply for F1 for higher studies. Will they reject the F1 visa if married to H1B? Pl reply

It can be approved. The most common reasons for the F-1 denial is inability to prove up nonimmigrant intent and financials. Show the ties to the home country, bank accounts, etc. and she should be approved.
