I Have Already Had My Full Legal And Physical Custody Without Prejudice For Over 6 Months. Is There Anything That I Need To Do Before Moving Out Of State?

What does your legal custody agreement from the judge say. Some allow it, some require court permission before moving. Only you and the other parent, knows what the court order says.

So get your court order out and see what it says

What does the custody order stipulate regarding you moving out of state? Is there a visitation order in effect? Will moving out of state interfere with the conditions of the visitation order? If there is no provision prohibiting you from moving out of state and doing so will not cause you to violate the visitation order then you should be OK.
