What was that movie where a man knew about disasters before they actually happened?
It aired on sci-fi at least 8yrs ago.. man received a newspaper that had disasters on it before they even occurred. Was even photo'd at ever disaster, if I can remember right, the title of the movie is shown in the beginning right after he was photo'd at the scene of a major train wreck.

It sounds a lot like Time Shifters with Casper Van Dien. He is a reporter who finds photos of major disasters in history and all of the photos have the same mystery man in the background.

This sounds like a description of a series called "First Edition," starring Kyle Chandler and Fisher Stevens . He receives a daily paper that alerts him to a disaster of some kind that he then tries to avert. Hope this helps.
