Myself and my boyfriend took a break at the start of September. There and then I reminded him how I felt about him and finished. We had contact now and again. I'm really comfortable with this fella and I was really happy with him. He has called me twice the past 3days and tonight he called and said he was calling up tomorrow night. I mean I love the lad to bits. How could I tell him, that if he mentions us getting back together that he has to play his part too, that you know the girl likes the fella to do contacting too.. I love him to bits. And it seems like he misses me. Xx

IF you two do get back together, then I would be straight forward with him about your feelings. That would be a good start.

First why did you take the break, are those issues still there ?
Those issues need to be addressed.

But couples do get back together, if both of you want it, then go for it

Its very easy to have high expectations from another, and be very disappointed when they don't fill our needs. But now that he knows what you expect, its up to him to do as he can, and since he seems to be trying, give him a chance, a fair one. I mean if he makes mistakes you talk about it not break up, and realize it may not be fair to expect him to meet all your needs unless he knows them, and is willing, and ABLE to meet them.

I suspect that he may be one of the few people you are comfortable with, and maybe that makes you more dependent on him, or needy of his attention. Be careful of that and cut the guy a break. Don't stress out if he falls short of perfect, talk about it, and be honest.

Hey Guys. Thanks For All The Advice. I Stopped Contacting Him And He Lost His Phone. A Week Ago He Started Calling Me But I Haven't Called Him At All. After 3 Phonecalls, I Agreed To Let Him Come Up To Mine And Listin To What He Had To Say. He Siad He Missed Me, That Until He Had His Accident (Last Sunday Week) That He Didn't Releise What He Was Losing. Reality Hit Him.. I Told Him How I Felt And If He Ever Does That To Me Ever Again To Know Now That I Won't Be Turing Back. I Got A Tite Hug When He Was Leaving, And Am Glad With The Outcome. We Are On Good Terms But Are Not Back Together Just Yet, But It Will Happen If It Just Meant To Be. Xx
